| Basic Requirements |
|
|
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience
|
- Commercial drivers must list all driving experience
employment for past 10 years.
|
- Possess a valid driver's license for the past 12
month.
|
- No DWI, DUI or reckless driving convictions within
the last three years.
|
- No more than three moving violations in the 12
months.
|
- No more than two at fault accidents in the past 3
years.
|
- No conviction for leaving the scene of the accident
(hit and run).
|
- Must possess a Social Security card.
|
- Must provide proof of US citizenship or eligibility
for employment.
|
- Present a clean, well-groomed, professional
appearance.
|
- Applicant must pass the DOT physical and DOT
controlled substance and alcohol testing.
|
- Applicant must possess a valid Commercial Driver's
License.
